Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Proposals Co-Ordinator to lead our tender and proposal development across major Defence, Water, Energy, Resources and Industrial projects. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth, managing the end-to-end proposal process and coordinating cross-functional teams to secure high-value construction and maintenance contracts.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead proposal development from RFP receipt through to submission, ensuring competitive, compliant and compelling bids
  • Conduct bid/no-bid analysis and develop winning proposal strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Coordinate tender teams including estimators, commercial managers, engineers, SHEQ specialists and subject matter experts
  • Monitor tender portals to identify new business opportunities across public and private sectors
  • Manage timelines and deliverables, facilitating bid review meetings and keeping stakeholders on track
  • Engage with clients to clarify requirements and ensure our proposals demonstrate superior value

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in proposal management, preferably within construction or heavy industrial sectors
  • Proven track record of winning large-scale construction projects
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across diverse teams
