Job Description:

An experienced Bid Manager who has spent the last 10 years managing successful multi-disciplinary and cross-border bids for, among others, one of the world's leading law firms. With particular experience in Finance and Capital Markets, as well as General Law practice this associate is particularly skilled at translating complicated concepts into digestible material.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translating complicated concepts into digestible material
  • Leading or being a key member of bid teams
  • Conceiving and delivering winning mixed media (video and print) proposals
  • Creating and implementing a set of standard texts and responses for particular disciplines
  • Reviewing proposal processes and implementing systems and standard materials

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years' experience of managing multi-disciplinary and cross-border bids for multiple businesses
  • Experience with London, Amsterdam and New York offices of one of the world's leading law firms
  • Particular experience in international Finance and Capital Markets
  • Experience in all types of bid processes, from highly specific technical requests to more open format responses (including multimedia)
  • Can provide insights at every stage of the bid process, from qualification to delivery
  • APMP Professional Certified
  • Background in writing and editing
  • Excellent communicator
