Job Description

ProductLife Group is looking for a Proposal & Strategic Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team to contribute to the activities performed in the Hub. The incumbent should be a Technical professional with proven experience in technical and commercial activities, including engineering procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing coordination. Responsible for the integrated development of engineering proposals and the coordination of procurement activities and external design partners across both the tendering and project execution phases. Acts as the central point of reference for technical scope definition, supply chain engagement, and subcontractor management, ensuring consistency and control from the initial enquiry through to project delivery.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Process, Industrial)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in technical and commercial activities, including engineering procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing coordination
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, subcontract management, vendor evaluation and contract delivery models
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting client specifications, functional requirements, and tender documentation
  • Ability to define the technical scope of the proposed solution in collaboration with internal engineers
  • Maintaining vendor and subcontractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle
