We’re partnering with a well-established organization in the insurance industry that’s looking to add a Proposal Coordinator to support its Producer Services team through its busiest season. This role is expected to run through the end of the year, with strong potential to become a permanent position. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, data entry, and keeping things organized behind the scenes.
Job Responsibility
Process insurance quote requests with speed and accuracy
Enter and maintain data in Excel, Salesforce, and carrier systems
Prepare proposal documents and supporting materials
Communicate with internal team members via email
Maintain organized electronic records
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements
Strong administrative and data entry experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
