Proposal Coordinator

• Developing customer-focused, strategically-oriented proposal responses
• Supporting field sales force in growing and retaining Aetna membership
• Assisting in the development of the sales strategy and responding to questionnaire
• Coordinating responses that showcase Aetna’s strengths
• Maintaining technical knowledge of Aetna products and services
• Handling multiple tasks and managing changing priorities

• Must enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment and be adaptable to changing priorities
• 1-2 years RFP project management experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and negotiate across the business and in the external health care environment
• Must be organized and efficient, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
