A growing professional services firm is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to work on a remote, contract basis. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to work closely with proposal managers and contribute to the creation of high-quality proposals.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and format proposals using established templates to ensure consistency and accuracy
Edit existing documents to ensure proper grammar, spelling, and naming
Manage and process documentation related to proposal creation and submission
Collaborate with proposal managers to prioritize tasks and address specific requirements for each proposal
Review and incorporate edits to refine proposal drafts
Gather relevant information and resources to draft initial versions of proposals
Log and maintain proposal-related data in internal systems
Ensure all proposals adhere to company standards and client expectations
Communicate effectively with team members to streamline the proposal process
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of all proposals
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
Ability to handle multiple priorities, be a self-starter with a sense of urgency, and adapt to changing demands
Proficiency in CRM systems and other related software
Strong editing and copywriting skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to have:
Project management
Generative AI tools experience
Experience in a corporate services field (legal, accounting, consulting, etc.)
