Job Description:

Robert Half is hiring a Proposal Coordinator for a 3+ month on-site position in North Dallas with potential for permanent placement. The role involves proposal coordination, gathering content, ensuring compliance, and facilitating transitions within the grant process.

Job Responsibility:

overseeing proposal and grant assets and elements
routing internal approvals and gathering content from multiple departments and managers
acting as the liaison and home base for gathering, organizing, and delivering proposal-related requirements
reading and interpreting technical and legal documents to ensure details align with requirements supporting compliance and risk assessment processes
working with all levels in the organization ensuring communication and smooth transition throughout the proposal and grant process

Requirements:

2-3+ years of experience with proposal or grant writing, ideally in a coordinator or administrator role
extreme attention to detail in a business detail oriented environment
good, consistent work history within proposal, grant-writing or marketing experience coordinating, assisting and/or writing or editing technical or legal documentation
