Job Description:

We are seeking a Proposal & Content Copywriter to create high‑quality, compelling written content and proposals for complex commercial bids across Vodafone Global Enterprise, IoT, and Cloud & Security. The individual will shape end‑to‑end proposal strategies, support sales teams by articulating value propositions, and ensure our submissions meet customer needs while reinforcing VOIS’s strategic strengths. This role also contributes to the development, enhancement, and governance of our global Content Hub library.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop end‑to‑end proposal strategies from bid kick‑off to submission
  • Produce clear, compelling and customer‑focused proposal documents aligned to the win strategy
  • Collaborate closely with bid teams, sales colleagues, and solution experts to refine messaging and ensure proposal quality
  • Review and quality‑assess submissions, contributing to continuous improvement and increased win rates
  • Maintain and curate best‑in‑class content, ensuring accurate, relevant, and up‑to‑date materials within the Content Hub library
  • Manage Content Hub access and support tool‑related activities
  • Work with content owners and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent proposal templates and enhance content‑related processes
  • Monitor customer questions and feedback to identify content gaps and refine library materials
  • Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues involved in the bidding lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Experienced in proposal writing and content creation with strong copywriting, proofreading, and publishing skills
  • Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and communicating clearly and effectively
  • Familiar with Shipley‑style proposal methodologies and APMP principles
  • Adept at using collaboration platforms such as SharePoint
  • Capable of producing high‑quality proposal materials using PowerPoint and digital tools
  • Hold a relevant and current Shipley/APMP accreditation
  • Skilled in refining value propositions and creating compelling written narratives
