Our client is looking for a Property Valuer. A leading property firm. This opportunity is with a reputable organisation in the Business Services industry. They are a medium-sized company, known for their professional approach and commitment to excellence in the property market.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct property valuations in line with industry standards and company guidelines
Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients and stakeholders
Provide expert advice on property values and market trends
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all valuations conducted
Stay informed about changes in the property market and relevant regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals
Support the team in achieving business objectives and targets

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in property valuation or a related field
Strong knowledge of property market trends and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
