This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £65,000, and the chance to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values quality, compliance, and professional development.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a diverse range of residential and commercial property transactions
Contribute to our ongoing commitment to excellence, as reflected in our CQS and Lexcel accreditations
Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

Expertise in residential sales and purchases, remortgages, and the acquisition and disposal of land, plots, and units
Proven ability to manage your own caseload effectively and efficiently
Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to the firm's continued growth and success

Nice to have:

A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in property law
A strong academic background and a recognized legal qualification
A passion for the property industry and a desire to excel in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment
