Requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Residential Property law
Solid experience handling a full residential caseload from start to finish
Excellent communication and client care skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Able to work independently and as part of a team
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with relevant property law experience

Job Responsibility

Manage their own caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters independently
Work closely with the wider team to maintain high standards of client care and service delivery
Assist with business development and networking in the local area
