Job Description:

An award-winning Legal 500 firm is seeking a Property Solicitor for their London office. The role involves managing property transactions, drafting contracts, and developing client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion
Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
Conduct property searches and investigations, including land registry checks
Develop a network of clients and referrers to generate new business
Work towards financial and business development targets
Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and firm policies
Manage all administrative aspects of cases, ensuring timely completion

Requirements:

Qualified Property Solicitor (1-3 years' PQE)
Experience hitting/exceeding billing targets
Excellent client care skills
