Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Property Solicitor to join a leading international law firm based in the heart of London. The successful Property Solicitor will work on a broad range of high-value, complex property transactions, advising a diverse portfolio of clients including investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals. This position is ideal for an ambitious Property Solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) who is keen to work on high-profile matters within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing their own caseload
  • Advising on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and landlord and tenant matters
  • Liaising directly with clients
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and in line with the firm’s high standards
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across different departments
  • Providing joined-up advice that addresses both the legal and commercial aspects of each matter.

Requirements

  • Be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in property law
  • Have experience in both commercial and/or residential property transactions
  • Possess excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate strong client relationship management abilities
  • Be highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
