Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Property Solicitor to join a leading international law firm based in the heart of London. The successful Property Solicitor will work on a broad range of high-value, complex property transactions, advising a diverse portfolio of clients including investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals. This position is ideal for an ambitious Property Solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) who is keen to work on high-profile matters within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Job Responsibility:

Managing their own caseload
Advising on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and landlord and tenant matters
Liaising directly with clients
Negotiating contracts
Ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and in line with the firm’s high standards
Working collaboratively with colleagues across different departments
Providing joined-up advice that addresses both the legal and commercial aspects of each matter.

Requirements:

Be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in property law
Have experience in both commercial and/or residential property transactions
Possess excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
Demonstrate strong client relationship management abilities
Be highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
