Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 recognised firm based in Whitechapel. The role involves managing a broad caseload of non-contentious property matters, including residential and commercial transactions, acquisitions and disposals, and lease arrangements. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years PQE and experience in property-focused legal teams, with strong commercial awareness and an interest in business development. Job Responsibility:

Managing a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions
Handling acquisitions and disposals
Managing lease arrangements, landlord and tenant matters, and other non-contentious property work
Contributing to the growth and development of the department
Building a network of contacts and repeat business
Providing excellent client service

Requirements:

1-3 years’ PQE as a Property Solicitor within a property-focused legal team
Experience across a mix of residential and commercial property work
Demonstrable ability to meet targets and manage your own caseload effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to developing client relationships
A strong interest in helping shape the future of a growing department
