Job Description:

A respected law firm with a strong presence in Central London is looking for a Property Solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE) to join their established property department. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior Property Solicitor to develop their career within a highly supportive and professional environment, working alongside experienced legal specialists. The incoming Property Solicitor will gain exposure to both residential and commercial matters.

Job Responsibility:

Assist on a range of transactional matters including sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold issues, landlord and tenant work, and development projects
Work under the guidance of senior Solicitors and Partners
Take early responsibility for client relationships and files

Requirements:

NQ to 2 years PQE as a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
Training seat or post-qualification experience in commercial and/or residential property
Strong academic background and desire to specialise in property law
Excellent attention to detail and drafting skills
Ambitious, with a proactive and client-focused approach
