Job Description:

A well-established firm based in Central London is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor (2 to 5 years PQE) to join their dynamic property team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative team, with strong prospects for career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Manage own caseload across commercial property, residential conveyancing, and development matters
Advise a diverse client base including landlords, developers, and private individuals
Mentor junior lawyers
Assist with business development
Maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

2 to 5 years PQE in property law, qualified in England and Wales
Proven experience managing a broad caseload of commercial and residential property matters
Excellent technical skills and strong commercial acumen
Confident communicator with a proactive approach to client service
Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues is a plus

Nice to have:
