Job Description:

A highly regarded boutique law firm based in London is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor with 10+ years’ PQE to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to work with high-value transactions, complex property matters, and a varied client base including developers, investors, and private clients.

Job Responsibility:

Managing your own caseload of complex property matters
Providing strategic advice to clients
Drafting and negotiating contracts
Overseeing due diligence
Managing transactions from instruction to completion
Contributing to business development
Mentoring junior members of the team

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 10 years’ PQE in property law
Extensive experience in both commercial and residential property transactions
Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
Excellent client care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong academic background and familiarity with industry-relevant IT systems
