Job Responsibility:
Undertaking legal work for the benefit of the clients of the firm
Supervising the work of Legal Assistant and others, may from time to time be required
Participation in business development activities including supporting existing fee earners
Building, maintaining and nurturing an appropriate network of contacts, referrers and business partners with the aim of winning new work
Fostering and developing relationships with both existing and past clients to ensure repeat instructions are received
Requirements:
Sound relevant experience required, gained within a respected Property team
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Sound legal research skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
