The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Property Services Manager – Hualalai Villas & Homes. As a member of the Hualalai Villas & Homes team, the Property Services Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise, train and motivate Department employees
Ensure convenient, care-free home ownership for all Hualalai Villas & Homes clients
Supervise, develop, schedule and train property management support staff
Act in the best interests of Hualalai Resort and HVH clients
Work with HVH homeowners to develop comprehensive service/maintenance packages
Procure proposals for home maintenance and repair services
Coordinate and follow up on resident requested / necessary repairs, special projects, warranty or improvement requests
Schedule Team walk-throughs, monthly property inspections, arrival preparations and departure checks
Ensure execution of all services as described in the Property Management Agreement
Assist and educate homeowners, their guests and rental guests on operation of in-home systems and appliances
Assist with residence move-in activities
Work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of HVH to provide backup support
Ensure management and personnel coverage for HVH division
Manage and schedule labor per guidelines
Document all work completed and updated in Property Management System
Provide backup support for non-administrative services for residents
Requirements:
Legal work authorization in United States
Active Hawaii Real Estate Sales License required or acquired within first year of employment
Previous experience in luxury property management, vacation rental market and/or resort or hotel industry with emphasis in room's division management
Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
Previous Supervisory/management experience
Computer experience in Windows operating environment for word processing, database and spreadsheet applications
Strong Problem Solving and Customer Service skills
Ability to adapt to changing work environment and possess a high level of initiative
