As a Property Services Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services across Progress Housing Group’s homes, helping to ensure a responsive and customer-focused service. You’ll work within a supportive, collaborative property services team, benefiting from hybrid working that combines home and office-based flexibility. Working closely with Managers, Surveyors, Technical Officers and Team Leaders, you’ll provide essential coordination and administrative support. This includes raising and tracking repairs, monitoring performance, managing complaints and reviewing KPI data to support service improvements. You’ll be a key link between planning teams, contractors, colleagues and customers, ensuring systems are accurate and communication is clear. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, value for money and quality, you’ll help ensure work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Proven administrative experience, ideally gained in a similar Housing Association or repairs-related role
Knowledge of housing management systems, processes and relevant legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work with colleagues, contractors and customers
A strong commitment to putting customers first and delivering a consistently high-quality service
Ability to work under pressure, managing priorities in line with set KPIs
Confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Good digital skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and effective file management
Strong time-management abilities, with the capacity to juggle a varied and sometimes reactive workload
