Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in property management
Proven experience managing teams and resolving landlord & tenant disputes
Strong knowledge of UK housing legislation and compliance
Experience liaising with local authorities and managing maintenance works
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
