Job Description:

We are currently recruiting a Property Senior Associate to join our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Candidates can look forward to regular client contact and looking after high net-worth individuals and SMEs
  • Complete responsibility and ownership over files
  • Assisting developers, builders and project managers with contract administration
  • Site due diligence and feasibility with planning associate
  • Convene and chair meetings with clients and their consultants
  • Advising in conveyancing, business transactions and planning matters

Requirements:

  • Solid drafting skills
  • Great interpersonal communication skills
  • Great analytical skills
  • A keen grasp of information technology
  • Professional demeanor
  • Personal accountability and strong work ethic
  • Professional, able to interact with clients and other staff
  • Positive, “can do” attitude
