Job Description:

We are currently recruiting a Property Senior Associate to join our team.

Job Responsibility:

Candidates can look forward to regular client contact and looking after high net-worth individuals and SMEs
Complete responsibility and ownership over files
Assisting developers, builders and project managers with contract administration
Site due diligence and feasibility with planning associate
Convene and chair meetings with clients and their consultants
Advising in conveyancing, business transactions and planning matters

Requirements:

Solid drafting skills
Great interpersonal communication skills
Great analytical skills
A keen grasp of information technology
Professional demeanor
Personal accountability and strong work ethic
Professional, able to interact with clients and other staff
Positive, “can do” attitude
