Plan & Target; System Building; Job Authority

Job Responsibility

  • Property Management: Responsible for updating and maintaining the property price list in the project database, updating the latest project progress and delivery schedules, establishing and maintaining the project property database, and effectively controlling property inventory
  • Data Management: Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data feedback, including but not limited to customer behavior, sales trends, and market feedback, to provide data support for formulating and adjusting sales strategies
  • assist the sales leader in correcting salesperson deviations and issuing early warnings for indicator achievement
  • Records Management: Provide backend support throughout the sales process, draft sales agency agreements, property subscription agreements, and contract reservations, and properly archive contracts and customer information
  • Expense Summarization and Feedback: Summarize and manage sales costs, cost-effectiveness ratios, and other data, conduct regular analyses, assist the sales leader in issuing data warnings and correcting strategies
  • regularly reconcile commission ledgers with finance to ensure timely collection of commissions and alert management to bad debt risks
  • Project and Property Expansion: Based on customer analysis and market analysis results, proactively expand new property sources and assist the sales leader in determining the primary projects to promote at each stage
  • Other Support: Provide necessary administrative support to the sales team (such as business card production, contact list updates, birthday reminders for team leaders, etc.) and organize training on market trends and other relevant topics
  • Draft and implement company marketing-related management systems
  • SharePoint permission settings and usage management
  • Personnel updates and permission settings for internal and REA/Domain collaboration websites
  • Follow-up and feedback on customer leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with English as a working language
  • High sensitivity to data, proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, SQL, and able to independently complete data analysis reports
  • Possess a strong user-centric mindset, capable of thinking and solving problems from the perspective of customer needs
  • Strong stress resistance, proactive in learning and communication, able to timely communicate and follow up with external developers, clients, sales personnel, and lawyers
  • Positive work attitude, proactive in understanding frontline sales needs and assisting in acquiring new projects in advance
  • Over 3 years of experience in sales back-office or sales within the real estate industry, familiar with sales back-office workflows, and proficient in the real estate industry
