You will take ownership of a caseload of property transactions (approx 65-70), driving files through to completion with a proactive mindset, consistently achieving monthly completion targets and agreed timescales
Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, and branch colleagues, maintaining meaningful contact every 7 days and proactively identifying solutions to keep transactions progressing and deadlines on track
Prioritise telephone communication over email, delivering high-quality introductory calls as soon as possible following allocation, and achieving your quality talk time target each day
Provide clear, professional updates to all stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service, effective communication, and early escalation of any risks or issues that may impact completion
Maintain accurate and detailed records, and quality notes each day
Demonstrate accountability, resilience, and a commitment to service standards, including promptly reporting any Anti-Money Laundering concerns in accordance with company procedures
Requirements
Previous experience within estate agency, conveyancing, or property sales progression, is desirable but not essential
A proactive, self-motivated and passionate individual with a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload
A confident and vocal communicator who can quickly build rapport and is comfortable challenging constructively when required to drive progress
A results-driven, problem solver who thrives under pressure, and enjoys working towards targets
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence outcomes
