Job Responsibility:

  • Manage your own caseload of 60+ files, staying organized, effective, and focused on meeting deadlines
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, and solicitors, ensuring all parties understand the timelines and potential penalties involved
  • Work closely with internal teams, finding solutions to any issues that arise to keep transactions moving smoothly
  • Keep all stakeholders informed throughout the transaction process, communicating updates both verbally and in writing
  • Present yourself and iamproperty in the best possible way to our Partner Agents, clients, teammates, and everyone involved

Requirements:

  • Sales progression experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in estate agency or conveyancing, managing a caseload of 50+ files
  • A strong customer service focus and relationship management skills
  • A proven ability to work to tight deadlines and be driven by targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
