Job Responsibility:
Manage your own caseload of 60+ files, staying organized, effective, and focused on meeting deadlines
Liaise with buyers, vendors, and solicitors, ensuring all parties understand the timelines and potential penalties involved
Work closely with internal teams, finding solutions to any issues that arise to keep transactions moving smoothly
Keep all stakeholders informed throughout the transaction process, communicating updates both verbally and in writing
Present yourself and iamproperty in the best possible way to our Partner Agents, clients, teammates, and everyone involved
Requirements:
Sales progression experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience in estate agency or conveyancing, managing a caseload of 50+ files
A strong customer service focus and relationship management skills
A proven ability to work to tight deadlines and be driven by targets
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
