Job Responsibility

Managing your own caseload of properties to a high standard
Liaising with, looking after, and constantly updating our clients, beneficiaries and business partners with the progress of each transaction
Chasing estate agents and mortgage offers, checking chains and encouraging buyers and clients to do what they need to do
Troubleshooting and customer care, ensuring transactions are as smooth as possible

Job Responsibility

Handling sale and/or purchase files, including auction matters where applicable

Drafting, reviewing, and finalising contracts, transfer deeds, Land Registry documents, and related conveyancing paperwork
Conducting AML checks and ensuring all client due diligence documentation is complete and compliant
Responding to enquiries and managing all legal aspects of transactions
Maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Preparing financial statements, completion statements, and completion documentation
Facilitating exchange of contracts and legal completion
