Job Description:

Property Sales Progressor - Customer Service role at Move With Us (part of Simplify), the leading conveyancing and property services group in the UK. The role involves joining as a fundamental member of the Property Sales Progressor team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing your own caseload of properties to a high standard
  • Liaising with, looking after, and constantly updating clients, beneficiaries and business partners with the progress of each transaction
  • Chasing estate agents and mortgage offers, checking chains and encouraging buyers and clients to do what they need to do
  • Troubleshooting and customer care, ensuring transactions are as smooth as possible

  • Whilst knowledge of property or prior work history within this sector is beneficial, no pre-requisite qualifications or experience are required as training will be provided
