Build upon and develop new or existing relationships with our partner estate agents
Maintain high levels of engagement across your partner agent portfolio
Educate partner agents on the benefits of the iamsold proposition for auction
Daily interactions with our partner agents utilising various communication methods such as MS Teams, Zoom, telephone calls and app technology
Educate vendors on the benefits of auctions and how it could be a better route to sell their property
Handle all offer negotiations on behalf of the partner estate agent with vendors and buyers in accordance with current AML standards and company best practices
Maintain a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
Adhere and strive to succeed in the performance framework of monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years property sales experience working within an Estate Agency or associated industry
Proven history of success in a target driven environment
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Computer literate with good working knowledge of video conferencing and virtual call handling, along with use of CRM systems
