Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our London office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. The salary range on offer is £30,000 - £35,000

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a London-based residential property portfolio approx. 150-200 properties across multiple landlords
  • Organising & recommending maintenance works
  • Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant to include gas, electrical and fire safety
  • Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
  • Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
  • Arrangement of inspections, inventories & check-outs of our customers
  • Working with external suppliers to fulfil your role

Requirements:

  • Property experience, ie Property Manager, Property Admin, surveying/housing
  • HMO and Universal Credit experience
  • Adept at managing multiple stakeholders
  • Resilience when working in a fast-paced & demanding environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks & responsibilities
