Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Manchester office. The salary on offer is between £25,000-£28,000 pa.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a UK wide residential property portfolio approx. 150-200 properties across multiple landlords
  • Organising & recommending maintenance works
  • Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant to include gas, electrical and fire safety
  • Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
  • Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
  • Arrangement of inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers
  • Working with external suppliers to fulfil your role
