Experience carrying out inventories
Self-motivated, well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings
A good understanding of what constitutes fair wear and tear and will have dealt successfully with tenant disputes and returning deposits
Excellent customer care

Job Responsibility

Dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained
Carrying out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience

Deliver high standards of customer service at all times, ensuring a proactive approach to all incoming queries to the company

Ensure all maintenance requests are logged and noted accurately, utilizing internal software platforms
