We're here to help people find, sell, and let their property. Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Leeds. The salary ranges from £27,000 - £29,000 pa. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of properties and build strong relationships along the way.

Job Responsibility

  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Regularly carrying out property inspections to ensure properties are well maintained
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors, to ensure positive customer experience
  • Manage tenancy matters, including deposits and disputes

Requirements

  • Experience in Property Management or Lettings
  • Knowledge of inventories and lettings regulations
  • Confidence in handling tenant queries and deposit returns
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, team-focused approach
