Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Heaton Moor. This role offers a realistic OTE of £29,00 - £31,000, depending on experience

Job Responsibility:

  • Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
  • Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
  • Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers
  • Organising & recommending maintenance works
