With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell and let their property. Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship manager in our Ramsgate office. The salary package on offer is £26,000 - £28,000. You will ensure that the properties under your care meet all legal and contractual obligations whilst providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing the tenancies for all properties that are in your portfolio
  • Taking ownership of all issues and queries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved
  • Providing support to a busy, fast paced team
