Job Responsibility

  • Building strong, long lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Managing maintenance issues from start to finish and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently
  • Conducting and arranging property inspections
  • Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current legislation and safety requirements
  • Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Serving relevant tenancy notices and coordinating rental reviews
  • Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
  • Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements
