Job Description:

We are searching for property recruiters in Northern Europe with a great drive and who will contribute to expanding our existing management and rental portfolio. Your main tasks will be the recruiting of new Holiday rental properties. You will also operate in a small team of other property recruiters and together you are responsible for achieving given targets in terms of newly added properties over a certain period. You will be a key pillar in delivering on ambitious goals for 2021/2022.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively engage with homeowners by telephone, in person and through email to meet recruitment targets
  • Ensure that direct enquiries and direct applications are converted via focused follow up activity
  • Ability to establish and develop personable and valuable relationships with new and existing homeowners and also with holiday guests
  • To process all applications in line with the recruitment strategy to ensure that the database is consistently kept
  • Record the details of all recruitment activity after each encounter with homeowners in our PMS (Property Management System), ensuring a high degree of accuracy and giving clear visibility of results and the current recruitment pipeline
  • Taking a lead on new ways to recruit properties other than the ones already in use
  • Communicate and update homeowners on the status of their property in case of any changes

Requirements:

  • Ability to build long term relationships with property owners
  • Real talent for making homeowners feel special either on the phone or face to face
  • Good multi-tasking skills
  • Commitment to a career in tourism and property management
  • Experience with sales within any organisation

Nice to have:

  • Experience in working with sales leads and follow ups
  • Native French or Italian or Spanish and fluent English are necessary, and more languages will be considered a great plus
  • Experience in tourism
