Job Description:

To support the Global store expansion growth to over 1,100 stores and management of all region’s property team deliverables. Our portfolio is growing rapidly and we need to ensure all of our systems, tasks and store data is being recorded for both new store efficiencies and the long term management & efficiencies of doing business. The Role manages all Global Property stake holders updates and report to wider business weekly & in Quarterly stakeholder reporting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage new store openings, refurbishments, and closures, ensuring timelines and resources are aligned
  • Oversee and maintain project management systems, supporting teams across the business
  • Coordinate new store delivery across key departments including Leasing, IT, Merchandising, and Finance
  • Track and maintain global store data and project progress
  • Monitor and report on maintenance and performance metrics to ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Manage project documentation, including purchase orders, capex tracking, and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, property partners, and suppliers
  • Lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment and successful store delivery
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential), with strong capability across Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in retail store development, project management, or a similar environment
  • Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced setting
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and deliver results on time
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capability
  • High attention to detail with a results-driven, customer-focused mindset
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible to travel domestically and internationally as required
