Job Responsibility:

  • Produce management packs for solicitors acting on behalf of buyers
  • Communicate with solicitors and conveyancers providing accurate information to help with the progression of the sale/purchase of the property
  • Help with maintaining and updating internal systems
  • Work closely with clients' legal teams to provide details and relevant information
  • Work within the centralised system, helping with managing and organising documents
  • Perform general administrative tasks for the department
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to inquiries
  • Work closely with other departments such as finance, property management, and credit control
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
