Job Description:

Reporting to the UK Operations Director your overall responsibility will be to deliver on operational and development objectives, working closely with the Senior Management Board, UK Operations Director and the Property Practice Heads (Commercial Property, Real Estate, Private Clients and Estates). The role also requires close relationships with other specialist Practice Heads, Operational Heads and Client Account Directors/Managers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish and evolve a clear strategy for each Property Practice
  • Ensure successful financial performance of each Property Practice against plan
  • Delivery of excellent and consistent performance against set performance measures
  • Continuous review of processes, systems, and methodologies
  • As a member of the Senior Management Board, identify and deliver on UK&I growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Strong profile in the UK Loss Adjusting market
  • Extensive relationships with market participants
  • Ability to develop business networks and growth initiatives
  • Significant team management experience including coaching and mentoring
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to establish strong working relationships
  • Excellent negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated and driven
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands
