We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Portfolio Partner in our Reading office. This role offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. Job Responsibility

  • Meeting Landlords and Tenants to sign contracts
  • Arranging safety checks and collecting completion funds
  • Dealing with maintenance issues, arranging contractors, arranging access and paying Invoices
  • Renewing existing contract, negotiating rent increases, creating Tenancy Agreements
  • Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damage
  • Administrative duties, updating excel spread sheets
