We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Portfolio Partner in our Reading office. This role offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. Job Responsibility:

  • Meeting Landlords and Tenants to sign contracts
  • Arranging safety checks and collecting completion funds
  • Dealing with maintenance issues, arranging contractors, arranging access and paying invoices
  • Renewing existing contracts, negotiating rent increases, creating Tenancy Agreements
  • Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damage
  • Administrative duties, updating Excel spreadsheets

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and knowledge of UK property regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • High tolerance levels and empathetic nature
  • Previous experience working under pressure
  • Flexibility to go the extra mile when business demands
  • ARLA Qualified (preferred)
