Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Property Portfolio Partner in our Reading office. This role offers a salary of up to £23,000 per annum.

Job Responsibility

  • Dealing with maintenance issues, arranging contractors, arranging access and paying invoices
  • Renewing existing contracts, negotiating rent increases, creating Tenancy Agreements
  • Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damage
  • Administrative duties, updating excel spread sheets, etc

  • Act as a key point of contact for tenants, maintaining regular communication and building strong, professional relationships
  • Oversee and coordinate technical matters related to the properties, including maintenance works, building issues, service providers and follow-up of ongoing interventions
  • Manage negotiations related to building operations and maintenance, ensuring practical and efficient solutions for tenants and assets
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure proper management of licenses, permits and municipal requirements
  • Monitor the operational and financial performance of the assigned portfolio, including cost flows, budget follow-up and main profit & loss concepts
