Job Description:

A respected London-based law firm is seeking a Property Paralegal with a minimum of two years’ experience to join their established real estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Property Paralegal to take the next step in their legal career, working on a wide range of property transactions across both commercial and residential sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing own caseload of property files under supervision
  • Preparing contracts
  • Conducting searches
  • Reviewing titles
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Assisting with post-completion work including SDLT and Land Registry applications
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and files are progressed in a timely and compliant manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a property law environment (commercial and/or residential)
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload under supervision
  • Previous experience using legal case management systems
  • Completion of a recognised legal qualification (e.g. LLB, LPC or equivalent) preferred
