Job Description:

A respected London-based law firm is seeking a Property Paralegal with a minimum of two years’ experience to join their established real estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Property Paralegal to take the next step in their legal career, working on a wide range of property transactions across both commercial and residential sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Managing own caseload of property files under supervision
Preparing contracts
Conducting searches
Reviewing titles
Liaising with clients and third parties
Assisting with post-completion work including SDLT and Land Registry applications
Ensuring deadlines are met and files are progressed in a timely and compliant manner

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a property law environment (commercial and/or residential)
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload under supervision
Previous experience using legal case management systems
Completion of a recognised legal qualification (e.g. LLB, LPC or equivalent) preferred
