Job Description

An established legal practice based in North London is looking to expand its team with the addition of an experienced Property Paralegal. With a strong local reputation and a busy caseload of residential and commercial property matters, they are seeking a Property Paralegal who can hit the ground running and work independently on a variety of files. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Property Paralegal who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and specialist team environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the solicitors and fee earners on a wide range of property matters, including sales and purchases, lease extensions, transfers of equity and re-mortgages
  • Progress your own files under supervision and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors, preparing contract packs, carrying out searches, reviewing title documents, and drafting necessary legal documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Property Paralegal role within a law firm
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
  • Able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Confident using case management systems and working in a busy team
  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification is preferred
