At least 1-2 years’ experience as a paralegal in commercial property
Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
A legal qualification (e.g. Law degree or LPC) is preferred but not essential

Job Responsibility

Assist solicitors in managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
Draft and review legal documents including leases, licences, contracts, and Land Registry applications
Conduct title checks and property searches
Liaise with clients, local authorities, lenders, and third parties
Maintain case management systems and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory processes
Support the team in due diligence for commercial transactions
Prepare reports and attend meetings as needed
