Job Description:

My client, a dynamic and innovative MGA, is seeking a Property Owners Underwriter to join their expanding team. In this role you will underwrite property owners’ insurance risks and assess and manage policies for a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with brokers and clients to develop tailored insurance solutions, ensuring optimal coverage while maintaining profitability and adherence to underwriting guidelines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assessing risks and underwriting property owner policies
  • Ensuring compliance with company guidelines
  • Collaborating with estate agents, property managers, and landlords on various landlord/tenant matters
  • Handling customer service inquiries

Requirements:

  • Landlord/Property Owners Experience
  • Extensive experience in underwriting property owners’ insurance policies
  • Proven expertise in delivering high-quality customer service
  • Solid understanding of lettings processes and landlord/tenant dynamics
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and adept at analytical thinking
