Job Description:

Temporary Property Officer role with possibility of permanent position. Working as part of operations team managing commercial building in Dover. Hours: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a large commercial building in Dover
Providing exceptional customer service to clients
Dealing with customers and members of the public
Ensuring high standard of office facilities and environment
Overseeing maintenance and operations of the office
Day-to-day operational management of the office
Supervising front of house team
Managing reception, mail room operatives, security
Ensuring all Health and Safety and Compliance is adhered to

Requirements:

Experience in Property Management, Facilities or Building control
Available to start immediately
Excellent interpersonal skills to represent the business professionally
