Job Description:

Temporary Property Officer role with possibility of permanent position. Working as part of operations team managing commercial building in Dover. Hours: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a large commercial building in Dover
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients
  • Dealing with customers and members of the public
  • Ensuring high standard of office facilities and environment
  • Overseeing maintenance and operations of the office
  • Day-to-day operational management of the office
  • Supervising front of house team
  • Managing reception, mail room operatives, security

Requirements:

  • Experience in Property Management, Facilities or Building control
