Job Description

Dynamic Real Estate Agency in Bondi Junction looking for a Property Officer. We are looking for an energetic and organised Property Officer who is wanting to kick start their career in Real Estate. This role offers career progression for the right candidate who is a team player and can demonstrate aptitude, commitment, and a desire to learn. Ideally candidate would live within a 30-minute drive from the office located in Bondi Junction.

Job Responsibility

  • Scheduling and conducting routine inspections as well as ingoing inspections
  • Liaising with tenants to schedule routine inspections
  • Working with the Leasing Officer and Property Managers to ensure properties are ready for tenants to move into
