You will play a crucial part in forging strong client relationships and overseeing the efficient management of their properties. Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service
Proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, including fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Experience in residential Property Management
Highly self-motivated, with a clear drive to advance your career
Exceptionally organised and composed individual
Resolves inquiries and issues with exceptional speed and efficiency
Exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivered in previous roles
