Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
Complete vetting and reference checks
Carry out quarterly property inspections
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs
Manage property-related queries and communications
Monitor and follow up on rent arrears
Handle all legal documentation associated with tenancies
Perform other property management duties as required
Requirements:
A results-driven attitude and ability to manage a busy workload
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Confidence in resolving conflict effectively
A personable, professional manner with great communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
A clean New Zealand driver's licence
