Job Description

JLL has a great opportunity to join our growing Industrial Property Management team on-site in Ontario, California. The PM will be managing an Institutional portfolio. The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned Industrial Properties. The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience in one of these (office, retail, industrial, healthcare) is a plus
  • Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
  • CA Real Estate License is required within 6 months
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required
